Package Your Items
Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to avoid any restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
